Day 1
Arrival at Sawai Madhopur latest by 12 noon. Check-in and introduction. Post lunch head out for the first Game drive. Dinner & overnight stay.
Day 2
Days 2 & 3
Back-to-back morning and evening safari at Ranthambhore. All meals and overnight stay.
Day 4
Day 4
Post-morning safari check out from Ranthambhore. Proceed for the onward journey.

Includes:
- Stay in a well-appointed room at Ranthambhore for 3 nights on twin sharing basis.
- 6 private jeep safaris at Ranthambore, 4 persons per jeep
- All meals per day during stay with morning and evening tea/coffee service.

Exclusive of:
- Travel costs till Sawai Madhopur
- Insurance of any kind
- Any type of personal expenses like personal medicine, liquor, soft beverages, mineral water etc.
- Any meals during transit and travels other than those mentioned in the itinerary.
- The additional cost of transport/ stay resulting from delays due to storms, sickness, flight cancellation etc.
- Cost for additional trips apart from the group itinerary.
- Anything which is not part of the inclusions above.
Payment Terms:
- 30% of the registration fee would be the booking amount. This booking amount is non-refundable
- The remaining 70% of the registration fee should be paid 120 days before the tour date.
Cancellation Policy –
Full Refund - If cancelled 120 days in advance.
50% refund if cancelled between 120-60 days
No refund within 60 days from the travel date /once permits are issued.
Who should participate in this tour? Are there any eligibility criteria?
Anybody passionate about wildlife and/or photography, aged 18 and above (minors must be accompanied by an adult), is welcome to join. There are no specific eligibility criteria — simply a love of the wild and the spirit of adventure.

Absolutely! This tour is designed for wildlife enthusiasts at all levels of experience. Our expert naturalists enrich every safari with insightful commentary on animal behaviour, sighting dynamics, and the park's rich natural and cultural history. Evening discussions cover the day's highlights, the next day's safari plan, and expert tips to enhance your experience.
What is included in the package?
All trips are priced on an ex-destination basis, meaning travel costs to Sawai Madhopur are not included. The package covers accommodation for 3 nights, all meals, six private jeep safaris (4 persons per jeep), dedicated guide services for all game drives, all forest-related fees, and payable tips and gratuity. All possible costs — including payable tips and gratuity to safari guides, drivers, and resort staff — are built into our package price. There are no hidden charges or surprises, ensuring you can focus entirely on the extraordinary experience that awaits.
What is the cancellation policy?
A full refund is available if cancelled 120 or more days in advance. A 50% refund applies for cancellations between 90 and 120 days. No refund is available within 90 days of the travel date or once safari permits have been issued. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@tigerwalah.com, and the date of receipt will determine the applicable refund calculation.
