Day 1
Arrival at Guwahati Airport latest by 10 AM. Travel to Kaziranga National Park (5 hours). Check-in and introduction session. Dinner & overnight stay.
Day 2
Days 2, 3 & 4
Back-to-back morning and evening safari in different zones of Kaziranga National Park. All meals and overnight stay.
Day 5
Day 5
Post-morning safari check out from Kaziranga and proceed to Guwahati for the onward journey.

Includes:

  • Stay in a well-appointed room at Kaziranga for 4 nights on twin sharing basis.
  • 7 private jeep safaris at Kaziranga, 4 persons per jeep
  • All meals per day during stay with morning and evening tea/coffee service.

Exclusive of:

  • Travel costs till Guwahati
  • Camera fee payable for DSLR cameras.

  • Any meals during transit and travels other than those mentioned in the itinerary.
  • The additional cost of transport/ stay resulting from delays due to storms, sickness, flight cancellation etc. 
  • Cost for additional trips apart from the group itinerary.
  • Anything which is not part of the inclusions above.

 

Payment Terms:

  • 30% of the registration fee would be the booking amount.
  • The remaining 70% of the registration fee should be paid 60 days prior to the tour date.

 

Cancellation Policy – 

Full Refund - If cancelled 120 days in advance.

50% refund if cancelled between 120-60 days

No refund within 60 days from the travel date /once permits are issued.

Who should participate in these tours? Are there any eligibility criteria?

Anybody interested in wildlife and or photography and above the age of 18 (unless accompanied by an adult) can participate in this Tour. 

What is included in the package?

While detailed inclusions & exclusions have been mentioned along with costs, in case of any confusion please feel free to clarify the same with us. Generally, all trips as ex-destination i.e. travel costs to destination are not included in costs. Travel from the nearest railway station/ airport is covered in cost unless mentioned otherwise. We do assist with travel in case required at actual costs. While we endeavour to provide all possible amenities at locations, sometimes the same can be a challenge due to unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the control of vendors/associates. Trust this would not be a limiting constraint as the focus is on experiencing the wilderness.

What is the cancellation policy for safaris in case I want to back out from a trip?

For all cancellations a written intimation should be sent to us at info@tigerwalah.com. The date of receipt of mail would be considered for the calculation of the refund.
