Exclusive of:
- Travel costs till Jabalpur
- Insurance of any kind
- Any type of personal expenses like personal medicine, liquor, soft beverages, mineral water etc.
- Any meals during transit and travels other than those mentioned in the itinerary.
- The additional cost of transport/ stay resulting from delays due to storms, sickness, flight cancellation etc.
- Cost for additional trips apart from the group itinerary.

Payment Terms:
- 30% of the registration fee would be the booking amount.
- The remaining 70% of the registration fee should be paid 60 days before the tour date.
Cancellation Policy –
Full Refund - If cancelled 120 days in advance.
50% refund if cancelled between 120-60 days
No refund within 60 days from the travel date /once permits are issued.
