Note
All arrivals at Ranthambhore on Day 1 should be planned by noon, and all departures from Ranthambhore on Day 4 should be booked post noon.

Exclusions
- Travel costs to and from Sawai Madhopur.
- Insurance of any kind.
- Personal expenses such as medicines, liquor, soft beverages, mineral water, etc.
- Meals during transit and travel other than those mentioned in the itinerary.
- Additional transport or accommodation costs resulting from delays due to storms, illness, flight cancellations, etc.
- Cost of additional trips apart from the group itinerary.
- Anything not specifically mentioned under the inclusions section.
Payment Terms
- 30% of the tour cost is payable as the booking amount. This amount is non-refundable.
- The remaining 70% must be paid at least 120 days before the tour date.
- 100% of the amount will be refunded if the national park remains closed due to government COVID-related regulations during the tour period.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 120 days or more before the tour date.
- 50% refund if cancelled between 120 and 60 days before the tour date.
- No refund for cancellations made within 60 days of the travel date or once permits have been issued.
Who Should Participate in This Tour? Are There Any Eligibility Criteria?
Anybody passionate about wildlife and/or photography, aged 18 and above (minors must be accompanied by an adult), is welcome to join. There are no specific eligibility criteria — simply a love of the wild and the spirit of adventure.
I Am New to Wildlife Safaris. Can I Still Participate?
Absolutely! This tour is designed for wildlife enthusiasts at all levels of experience. Our expert naturalists enrich every safari with insightful commentary on animal behaviour, sighting dynamics, and the park's rich natural and cultural history.
Evening discussions cover the day's highlights, the next day's safari plan, and expert tips to enhance your experience.
What Is Included in the Package?
All trips are priced on an ex-destination basis, meaning travel costs to Sawai Madhopur are not included.
The package covers:

All possible costs — including payable tips and gratuity for safari guides, drivers, and resort staff — are included in the package price.
There are no hidden charges or surprise expenses, allowing you to focus entirely on the wildlife experience.
What Is the Cancellation Policy?
A full refund is available if the booking is cancelled 120 or more days before the tour date.
A 50% refund applies for cancellations made between 60 and 120 days before departure.
No refund is available for cancellations made within 60 days of the travel date or once safari permits have been issued.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@tigerwalah.com. The date of receipt of the written request will determine the applicable refund amount.
